  I give this KFC franchise store 4 stars. FOR TUESDAY CHICKEN DEAL*
  
  -Most people go to KFC for Tuesday Special, so it is very important for this store to be prepared for the long line-up and stocked up on the spicy flavor. This store has done that during the busy hours but not during the last few hours which is understandable.
  
  -The store is generally clean with just a bit of mess at the soft drink dispenser.
  
  -Customer service is exceptional. During my visits, most of the time, the front counter staffs are really nice and welcoming. My orders are always correct and delivered within a reasonable waiting time.
  
  -Now, let's talk CHICKEN! Juicy, crispy and spicy!  The chicken thigh & drum are supposed to be the best in any Fried Chicken store. So these are the food items that make KFC good. The flavor from the thigh & drum in this KFC store taste pretty good to me when compared to the chicken I got from Church's...However, the chicken sandwich wasn't so nice...the chicken that I got in the sandwich actually had squished up skins and look whitish...it had some weird taste...definitely not the normal yum taste from just the separate chicken thigh & drums.
  
  I would recommend this KFC store in the Broadmoor Village, because it has pretty consistent flavor for the chicken thigh & drum separate pieces.

  coming home from camping, family started to get hungry for some good ol' fried chicken. checked our stash of coupons and found 1 for kfc. it was on the way so we thought, what the heck, havent had it for a while so why not!!
  
  got the 12 pcs bucket , med fried and gravy all for $20.99.
  
  after having the first bites at home, now we know why we havent been in awhile. chicken was dry and bland. so much for the secret 18 herbs and spices, even salt and pepper would be great. next, the fries were soggy and not seasoned enough as well. only the gravy was great. my daughter who likes chicken even said, "this chicken tastes like nothing without the gravy!" wow! i couldnt have agreed more. the hot and spicy one proved to be just all breading crunchy. the kick was absent . i loved the crunch but that it was disappointed and thought to myself...no wonder kfc branches were closing left right and center near where i live. the other chicken place which starts with a C reigns supreme for sure.  
  
  would i go back? No! rather go to C!

  The service is awesome fast, clear and also helpful. I haven't being KFC for a while until family decided to have KFC tonight with a coupon, however after we got fry chicken n fries home. The fries are not bad but the fried chickens look like from last night or two? I don't know what is going on. The chicken is so dry that I have gulp down water to swallow the dry chicken breast. And also the colour of drum stick is a bit weird too. I'm not sure is because we are using coupon so we got the dry one or just the food is getting worse.

  I came in on a Monday evening and ordered a 14pc meal + 2 sides + gravy. They didn't have spicy Chicken, didn't give us the option to get the new secret recipe fries, they had given me coleslaw instead of the the mashed potatoes that i asked for several times (checked the bag before leaving) and had to wait for the 8-10mins gravy that turned out to be really bland and watery. Not impressed with this location.

  The chicken is terrible, however, the jalapeno poppers are good. They're not spicy at all which for me I appreciate. They just have that taste without the heat. Extremely greasy, therefore, this is only a sometimes treat. Service has gone very downhill and my order has been wrong a few times but I am just tired with dealing and having high expectations out of fast food joints in general.
